Livelsberger allegedly sent 'manifesto' before Vegas hotel blast

The Colorado man who shot himself and blew himself up outside the Trump International Hotel on New Year's Day sent a manifesto the day before the Las Vegas explosion, according to the recipient.

The misleading message was allegedly emailed by 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger to Sam Shomet, a retired US Army intelligence officer.
